Site Terms and Conditions
This page lists those all important T&Cs - please read them!
Most of us are not too keen on reading legal stuff but it can be important, so we have set out our Terms and Conditions for using the Site which you should read carefully to ensure you have fully understood them.
In these terms and conditions we refer to you the visitor as "you" and "your". We refer to ourselves (Cobiz Funding*) as "we" or "us". The term "parties" will be used to refer to both you and us together. The "Site" means our website.
1. Use of the Site
By accessing any part of the Site you agree to accept and be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any of them then you should stop using the Site immediately. We have the right to amend the contents of the Site or these terms and conditions at any time.
2. Accuracy of Information & Responsibility
We make every effort to ensure that the information on the Site is accurate and up to date, but because government legislation and funding schemes change, we cannot guarantee that information about government and third party schemes is accurate.
Some information has been interpreted by us, some will reflect our own viewpoints and all the information is general in nature, rather than specific, so we cannot guarantee that it is suitable or correct for your particular circumstance, or that it directly applies to your particular circumstances.
We do not accept responsibility for omissions or errors, nor for any actions or in-actions you decide on, as a results of using the information on the Site.
3. Professional Advice
The provision of information contained on the Site is made with the express understanding that Cobiz Funding and our representatives are not engaged in any way to give professional tax, accounting or any other advice on professional services or business matters through the use of the Site.
The information on the Site should not be used as a substitute for individual consultation. If you would like to discuss your personal information in relation to an R&D tax credit/relief claim, please contact us directly by email or phone or using our Contact Us form. If you are eligible to make an R&D tax credit/relief claim and you wish us to act on your behalf, we will then issue you with a binding contract which will be with RandDTax**.
4. Links to other sites
We are not responsible for the content, security or performance of linked web sites and we do not endorse any products or services advertised on them.
